did you install the required software to run this program
from the error you do not have installed libg2c nor libatlas

the libg2c fortran is old ,very old, and uses ( a guess gcc3.3 )
search "yum"
su -
yum provides */

i am assuming ( Google search ) that this is the software in question -- EIG3.0.tar.gz
the properties say it was last edited in 2009 ( the readme is dated 2006 )

where is "smartlib" "smarttables" & such coming into play

they are in the src folder but this is a binary package ( already built )
the program(s) is/are in EGI.3/bin

and seeing as it is a binary there is NO install
you put it someplace and make 100% sure that everything is in the system $PATH
for fedora normally in /opt ( the same place that libreoffice is )
then add /the/path/to/the"/bin/file to the system path

from the README in this package you are not fallowing these instructions
We have placed source code for all C executables in the src/ directory,
for users who wish to modify and recompile our programs. For example, to
recompile the eigenstrat program, type
"cd src"
"make eigenstrat"
"mv eigenstrat ../bin"

# yum install atlas-sse2-devel compat-libf2c-34

compat-libf2c-34-3.4.6-* provides :
/usr/lib/ , /usr/lib/

# cd /usr/lib/ && ln -s
But : Is only required, if you want to recompile the binary.
