Question edit *.VOB > DVD

Hi,

I have a dvd and the sound and video are not well synchronisised in two chapters.
In one chapter the half of it is good the other half not.
The files are VOB files right from a dvd.

How can I edit these files and write them back on dvd? Thanks.
