Eclipse in fc4

I'm a student like java programming,i using Eclipse,Redhat linux fc3,there have no error.but few days ago,i was upgrade my fc3 to fc4,but in fc4,when i used the user root to open eclipse,my fc4 will dead,but in normal user mode,there have no error.who can tell me how to make eclipse always run in normal user mode.i'm sorry,i always use my linux in root mode.

You know that for security and safety reasons you are not supposed to run Linux or any other unix system as root apart from when you are doing essential system administration. There is a reason why normal users don't have the same privieges as root and thats to prevent you and crackers from damaging your system.

thx,i know that,but i heart some mothed can run appliction in normal mode some time ago.
