Eclipse fonts small in gnome & huge in kde

I use eclipse ide 3.0 (gtk version) on kde. Ive got ttf fonts installed and all other apps use them , but there is no way to change the menu & tree-view fonts of the ide . They are demonic in size. When run from Gnome the fonts are small & dsiplay the ttf fonts . My doubt is that eclipse is reading the font info from some conf file which specifies the default fonts for Gnome. Any idea which file i should modify to solve this problem ?

Hi ppl i found a fix 4 it !
i created alink in ./kde/Autostart to /usr/bin/gnome-settings-daemon
Then all gnome apps started using the settings given in gnome.
And i get the normal fonts

However i just want to have only the fonts there the prob with this approach is that
it loads all the gnome window decorations for the apps too. so the next question is how to only load the fonts. i guess this might be something to do with the loadable modules og gnome-settings-daemon.. any suggestions ?
