eclipse 3.4 html css javascript editor plugin

i've just installed eclipse 3.4.1 and it seems quite complicated but ofcourse it's an IDE...

all i need is the capability to create and alter html, css, and javascript and can be read properly by windows text editors...

i'm currently using editplus3 on windows and loving it... i quite like gedit on Fedora 10 but unfortunately it doesn't get read properly by windows text editor
