Ebook cover creator software?

I'm trying to find a source for a linux based ebook cover creator such as the one at http://app.fastecovers.com/ecover-design. I want to put it on my server so that my users can create ebook covers.

Does anyone know where I can find that type of software. Everything I see on the net is windows based.

Not quite what I was looking for

Thank you John, but that's not the type of software I'm looking for. I need something specifically designed to create ebook covers. I know there IS such software as I'm looking at exactly what I want at this URL.

http://app.fastecovers.com/ecover-design

But I've been looking all day and don't see where I can get that software or similar software.

What about Libreoffice's Draw? Apparently these instructions though intended for Powerpoint, can be applied to Libreoffice as well.

Why not use the one you see?

The apps are a load of bollocks, done for phones and used for playing. I am sure a publishing house would not use those, if you want pro, then i second gimp or inkscape or the adobe alternatives.
