which type of easycap do you have? dc60 (2.0), dc60+, or dc60++?

The original post by namit seems to describe a Syntek EasyCAP model DC60, which has USB ID 05e1:0408. A driver for this device is available at

http://sourceforge.net/projects/easycapdc60/

Since the audio chip is present, namit is fortunate in having bought an EasyCAP which should give good audio performance. (Many EasyCAPs omit the audio chip and as a result produce only microphone-quality audio.)
