KDE comes with a prog called screen capture, and I think gimp also does screen captures too. Or are you looking for something else?

thank you. I see SCREEN CAPTURE as a quick and easy to use program. Also Gimp is wonderful (I found yesterday the screen capture ability, haven't tried though)
I start to like linux, cause when I am in windows and i want to make screen capture i should use HYPERSNAP-DX (and last time i was looking for the RIGHT crack for about 2 hours!)
