Easiest way to copy a boot drive to a new hard drive

Using RH 9, what is the best / easiest program to use to image the boot, swap, and data partitions to an new hard drive? (partitions are ext3)

Does norton ghost handle ext3 okay?

Thanks in Advance.

use dd it copies anything without knowing what it is and it's a basic linux command (see man dd)

does dd have limits (capacity limits)??
what size is the limit?

I have encountered no limits with dd it even copies dual layer dvd movies (css encrypted) to the point that I could rip the movie from the image after I returned the movie.
