Easiest MTA to set up on a Debian Box?

Hi all

Can anyone tell me what the easiest MTA to set up is for a Debian box?

I need to set up an MTA which can handle virtual domains and "catch all" mail boxes, without adding lots of users to the linux system.

I've quickly tried Postfix and Courier, but can't get past the install for the former, and can't work out how to configure the latter.

Any good online tutorials would be a god-send! I think this is the first time google isn't even giving me a glimmer of hope!

Thanks!

Anyone able to help me with this one?

If possible, I'd like to find a good tutorial for configuring Courier-MTA with all the frills.
