Easiest Distribution for software RAID

I have a spare machine and I'm thinking of using it to setup a raid 5 array. I was thinking of using Ubuntu in the hopes it has a easy to use GUI to administer a couple of RAID sets. I don't know much about RAID beyond the basic concepts. Is there a distribution that is particularly well suited to setting up and managing a RAID system.

Thanks,
-marc

Using the Ubuntu Alternate Install CD setting up the RAID is very easy and painless... not sure about gui tools for administration though as I have never had a gui installed anyway.
