Easier glibc upgrade for RH 7.3

One of my lesser ststems, running redhat 7.3 has somewhat of an older set of GLIBC than I would like.

As far as redhat 7.3 goes, what would be the best way to go about upgrading these? RPMS? (id go either rpms or source, rpms perferable)

Also any considerations I should take heeed of about upgrading glibc?
