EA Games

I was just wondering if anybody has ever ran EA Sports games (specifically NBA Live 2000 and Madden Football 2000) successfully using Wine.

If I could get those going, I could ditch Windows completely...
(looking hopeful).

the only chance you'll probably have in running them games is through wineX ... i don't think regular wine will be able to cut it for these type of games..

Eh, I actually run Medal of Honor Spearhead through the latest release of Wine. It runs just fine... except that my keyboard doesn't work. For some reason the console behind the game is keeping the keyboard so whenever I press a key, it is sent to the console instead of the game. But, that's my problem and not wine's. I have not tried any of the sports games becuase I don't have any. WineX might not be a bad idea, but I have had no success with that. In my opinion, just stick with Wine.
