ok my router is open wrt, with xwrt extensions. i found this perl script on dyndns's website, but its FUNKY.
http://cdn.dyndns.com/ddclient.tar.gz has anyone had success with this script. my openwrt's dyndns script has been broken for a very long time. i think its because the program is after an older kernel.
with that being said, i wish to run this ON A SERVER. not my router. i have a conky rc telling me my external ip addy, shouldnt be so hard to get something like that going with this script? help plz =(
