DWARF2 - line number information extraction
 

Hello,

I'm faced with extracting line number information from the Dwarf 2 format. I know that it is wonderfully documented in the Dwarf spec, but, it seems like there must be a "how to" manual/book/notebook somewhere out that that provides a few trail markers.

I realize that this has been done many, many times. Hence, my query.
