work as in be able to burn dvds? search for dvdr-tools. still pretty basic but it works. apparently.

You can find dvdrtools here and if you want to buy software you can get Gear pro here .

As far as I was aware, so long as you had a nice new version of cdrecord that supported dvd-r/w, you could even use your existing programs to burn them.
