DVD::Rip tcprobe error while loading libquicktime
 

Hey,

I've got Video-DVDRip 52.5 installed on Mandriva 2006.
I got the rpm off pbone or rpmfind.

(The suggested version from the rpm installer at rpmfind.zorb.net, 97.4, is listed on http://www.exit1.org/dvdrip/ as unstable, as it certainly appears to be.)


At any rate, when I enter the command to grab the contents from a DVD, I get the message that:

Executed command: dr.exec tcprobe -H 10 -i/dev/hdd && echo DVDRIP_SUCCESS

Last output:

tcprobe: error while loading shared libraries: libquicktime.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Why? My libraries seem to be there; I even made a copy into usr/local/shared...

How can I tell where tcprobe is looking for these libraries? Or what else do I do?
