Is yhere a program towatch movies in linux mint 16? No command line no downloading codecs or anything extra just hit play and watch the dvd you bought?

As above but I would also recommend installing the restricted libdvdcss so that any video player can be used even though it is annoying. You can thank the corrupt US legal system for the problems you are facing, by the way.
