DVD Copying (How - TO)

IS this correct.

1. K3b - DVD iso image (Encrypted DVD Movie)
2. DVD Shrink (using CrossOver) - DVD9 to DVD5
3. Shrink the DVD
4. Burn with K3b

Or

1.Vob Copy - DVD Movie (CSS)
2.Make an ISO from files (DVD9)
3. Read the iso with DVD Shrink)
4, Make DVD5 files (movie)
5. Burn with K3b

Both ways I hope that files are readable since the movie is Encrypted.

Does K3b Decrypt the Movie when kaming an DVD Movie Image on a HDD????
