Hi!

I think you should listen to redazz and take k3b, it's great software, great interface and most important, it's free!

K3b can copy a DVD, but not resize it. If you have double-layer discs, you can make a direct copy without resizing. If you want to resize a double layer disc to fir on a single layer DVD, try looking at k9copy, dvrequant, or lxdvdrip.

I burned a IMG file (mac version of an ISO) and it was a compressed disc, but when I put it in my DVD player at home, it has no vertical sync and the weird scramble just rolls across the screen.
