DVD Authoring on Linux

Does anyone know of a good authoring program for Linux? I have been using SpruceUp on my XP box but need to find something for RedHat.

When you say 'authoring' software, what do you mean? If you're talking about actually writing to DVDs, then I believe the newer cdrecord (and consequently most cd-burning programs) should support it. If you mean creating mpg movie files, then...erm, not sure.

WHat I mean is a program like SpruceUp that takes and mpg file and creates menus and what not so I can burn it to a DVD. Other programs like this are DVDit, Ulead, and others, but none for Linux.
