i get these red colored error with duplicated databse entry. What could the cause of this be? is it something i have to be worried about? https://ibb.co/Hg17BKq
I for one will not click an external link just to know what the question is...
If you could give us a complete description of what application produces an error, under what conditions, and paste the error you are seeing as opposed to a link to a site which might have a screenshot with no other context.
Remember that everyone here volunteers their time to offer help, so please show some respect for their willingness to help by putting in some effort to clearly and completely explain the problem that you are having so that others my more easily understand it and offer help.
Additionally, remeber that LQ threads remain visible to others forever, at least in internet terms, and third party links come and go. If your external link disappears then the thread becomes useless to future visitors looking for similar help.
i'm sorry, but what kind of informations would you need? Sorry again.
What flavor of Linux are you running?
What application is being used to load the database?
What is the source of the data?
Which database is reporting the duplication?
There may be more. Think about the things you know about what's going on on your system that we don't know...then tell us about those things.

I do not use pacman so cannot offer a definitive answer, perhaps someone will jump in quickly with that.
In the mean time, I see many results which apear to be applicable in a quick web search, including this one at StackExchange which includes links to additional resources. This page on archlinux site looks to be applicable and complete with solutions, but you will need to decide if they actually apply to your case.
