dump script from mem?

I accidentally deleted 2 perl scripts I need this morning. They were on an ext3 fs so undelete is out. They're both still running so I'm wondering if there's a way I can pull them from memory using gdb or something.

I copied my swap partition to a file and when I grep that file for the script name, I get some readable stuff about perl and lots of binary data. Can I accomplish my task this way?

You can get some data back from memory (memdump, memfetch, memget, cryogenic) but the information will most likely be fragmented, out of logical order and incomplete.
