Dual system with Ubuntu 14 as host-possible?

My primary system is Ubuntu 14, many of the silver surfers I look after are Windows Users.
To be able to 'keep my hand in' it would be good to have XP 'dual led' with QUbuntu as main system.
Is this possible?
