Dual Head ?s

Well, thanks to a howto and this site, I managed to get my computer to do dual heads with little pain, but now I want to more. I'm running RH8 and when I logout from the GUI the computer freezes. I would also like to know if I can put one or more VTs on each monitor instead of only one. Also, I'm using Xinemera and was wondering what I can do to get two seperate desktops, (The main reason I want dual-head is to show off linux guis and xscreensaver one desktop on a moniter, the other on a projector)
