Dual encrypted Win7 and Linux boot question

So I currently have a "full" (all but boot partition) disk encryption for my Linux distro and I have Win7 installed on a separate hard drive on which I am wanting to do a system encryption with TrueCrypt. My question is will encrypting the Windows system make the OS invisible to my GRUB bootloader and in effect destroy my dual boot system? Or will the Truecrypt bootloader allow me to choose to boot my linux distro? If this has been covered kindly point me to the solution. I could not word this to bring up any relevant search results

If you have an OEM installation of windows 7, I would expect you would have a small boot partition at the beginning of the drive so why not do the same as you did with the Linux drive? If you don't have a separate boot partition for windows 7, I don't know what effect encrypting would have.

I googled boot encrypted windows system from grub and got a number of hits including the one below. Haven't read it but you might try that.
