Question Dual Display configuration

I've been playing around with this for a while now, but can't get it to work. Hopefully someone here can help. I have the following hardware: ATI Radeon 9600 video card with two outputs (one digital and one analog) with two monitors: an LCD (IBM L200P) and a CRT (Relysis RE767B). I'd like to keep the resolution on my LCD screen (my primary monitor) high at 1600x1200. However, the CRT cannot handle such a resolution, so I have to go with something smaller like 1024x768. It seems that no matter what I try, both monitors try to display the same resolution, 1600x1200, and the CRT doesn't work. Here is my not-working xorg.conf:

My best guess is to remove the "1600x1200" from the "Display" subsection that belongs to the "screen_vga" Section.

So you'd change this
Code:
Subsection "Display"
Depth 24
Modes "1024x768" "800x600" "1600x1200" "1280x960"
ViewPort 0 0 # initial origin if mode is smaller than desktop
# Virtual 1280 1024
EndSubsection
EndSection
into this
Code:
Subsection "Display"
Depth 24
Modes "1024x768" "800x600" "1280x960"
ViewPort 0 0 # initial origin if mode is smaller than desktop
# Virtual 1280 1024
EndSubsection
EndSection
