RedHat is outdated and no longer supported. I would suggest using Fedora Core 2, which is Red Hat's latest OS. Or you could try something like Mandrake. Just shrink your Windows partition with PartitionMagic ($50) or qtparted (partition magic clone that is free) and then let linux use the rest of the space. Some distros, such as SUSE and Mandrake, will automatically shrink your Windows partition for you. Also, make sure you defrag your Windows partition before shrinking it, it will probably save you a lot of headaches.
