Dual BOOT Ubuntu 9.10 and Fedora 11

So I upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 yesterday and decided to try out Fedora 11, mistake on my part now I can't boot into Ubuntu with out Live CD. I am still new to partitioning Linux systems so here is my complete layout

_3 Drives_
_sda1 ntfs has WINXP on it_ - no problems here, can boot if needed
_sdb1 ext4 / mount point ubuntu 9.10_
_sdb5 swap_
_sdb3 ext3 /boot mount point_ -forced to do so by fedora 11
_sbb4 ext4 / mount Fedora 11_
_sdc1 ntfs external drive_ -no problems here

My questions are....
1. is there a way to put Ubuntu into Fedora's loader?
2. is it possible to get Ubuntu 9.10 back to default loader (i think its grub 2)? and add Fedora to it?
3. If i delete Fedora's partition will it go back to Ubuntu's loader?

1) Yes it is called chain loading .
2) Yes you have to reinstall Ubuntu boot loader and ad Fedora to menu.cfg of Ubuntu
