Drupal as a CRM

Since you are into Drupal an such Web 2.o technologies that I know
nothing about, can Drubal be used as a Ticketing System, Task
Management System, etc.
I mean a group of user submitting their tasks, updating them, etc.?
Also can it be used for centralized address book, news aggregator, shared calendar etc ?
If not, do you know other programs for that.
I got some programs like SugarCRM, and PHP Groupware when I googled for that but I am looking for something more customizable.

Have you looked at tikiwiki? Is has about every thing that you would want in a CMS/CRM. There is also a webmail program called twig that has a lot of nice features.
