DriveReady SeekComplete Error


when i boot my system grub loads itself...and when i select the option to run linux 8 it start booting but error occurs
hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 {DriveReady SeekComplete Error}..
when i try to resinstall linux 8 it stuck on creating partition point..
please help me in this regard....

Is this a stock kernel? Are you trying to install it or have you already done so.
