dreamweaver mx in wineX

i've got dreamweaver mx 6.1 education version, trying to get it to run under winex. i've got it installed, but the design view (the actual WYSIWYG workspace) is messed up. instead of showing the page, it shows whatever was on the screen last (part of my background, part of my browser, whatever). these are some of the errors the console window is showing while DW MX is running:

fixme:accel:CreateAcceleratorTableA should check that the accelerator descriptions are valid, return NULL and SetLastError() if not.
fixme:system:SystemParametersInfoA Unimplemented action: 65 (SPI_SETSOUNDSENTRY)

i have Wine running on another computer, and it seems to run DW MX just fine. The design view works fine, and the fonts are actually readable. But it takes 15 minutes to load every time, and i need to have Dreamweaver working on my current workstation. i can't install Wine on it because i need another program called Trackit that works fine under wineX but i haven't gotten it to work under wine. any suggestions?

WineX is primarily designed to work with DirectX/games (hence the 'X'). What problems were you getting with Trackit under Wine?

when trying to run trackit under wine, if i run the executable, the splash screen comes up but nothing seems to happen. i might not be waiting long enough though--wine does seem to take quite a bit longer to do stuff than winex. when i ran dreamweaver mx for the first time in winex, it took 5 or 10 minutes to open, but after that it opened normally. when running dreamweaver mx in wine, it takes literally 5 to 10 minutes to open every single time. because of this, i'd honestly rather get dreamweaver running under winex than trackit running under wine, but i'll take what i can get. one person said i could actually install them both at the same time using these scripts:

but i haven't had time to mess with them yet.
