I've always loved to make websites with Dreamweaver and I was wondering if it was available for Linux or is there an equivalent out there?

you can use crossover office to run dreamweaver mx but mx 2004 will not work. there is nothing that comes close to it in linux, there is quanta and bluefish, but those are lame in comparison
