Smile Dreamlinux toolbar in Ubuntu

I have tried Dreamlinux Live CD, and the distro works really well. But I would not install it because there are some things I do not understand and some things I do not like.

But the toolbar is the bottom, which is very similar to Mac OS X, I would like in Ubuntu 8.10. How do I get it?

Now I know that it is Avant Window Navigator is used, and I have installed it now. In Dreamlinux when you hover the mouse over the icons, they move themselves like the icons in Mac OS X does. How do I get Avant Window Navigator to do it too?
