Downloading RealAudio Stream with Firefox?

Is there a way to download a RealAudio file? Trying it with FireFox just downloads the URL. With my dialup connection there's a lot of buffering interruption on files of any length. I'd like to be able to run them off the harddrive for better quality, or burn them to a CD to listen to away from the computer.

One of the places I'm thinking of is npr.org. The download link is javascript: javascript:getMedia('FOOL','21-May-2004','all','WM,RM');

Is there a way, or is RealAudio just the way websites prevent downloading?
