Exclamation Downloading from a web page not working!

I have found a file which interested me, but when I click the download button it just brings me to a page with all the files that I would be downloading, and being a noob, I have no idea how to do this/...

here's the link, so if anyone can help me out and tell me what to do, I want to just say thanks in advance!

http://www.kiecza.de/daniel/linux/index.html - the link says this "Hit the following link to download CVoiceControl as a tar ball: cvoicecontrol-0.9alpha.tar.gz (94984 bytes" - but it just brings me to the page of files...

Sincerely
Crab_2004
