Downloading files with Konqueror

I feel a bit lame asking this question, but it's very annoying this problem - Whenever I click a link for a download (such as freshmeat) Konqueror does not request me to save it, but will download it (and extract it) to a temporary folder (changes its name to konquerorXXXX.tz). PS: It's not that type of link where you can right click and choose save as and download it, but a redirection link to a mirror for downloading.

How can i instruct Konqueror to stop opening the file, but instead, request me with the option to save it?
