downloading files via ftp

everytime i download a file via ftp i get this message and the size downloads a little bigger than it's supposed to be:
Code:
ftp> get s1.mp3
local: s1.mp3 remote: s1.mp3
227 Entering Passive Mode (68,178,232,77,16,250).
125 Data connection already open; Transfer starting.
WARNING! 29902 bare linefeeds received in ASCII mode
File may not have transferred correctly.
226 Transfer complete.
7461407 bytes received in 9 secs (8.1e+02 Kbytes/sec)
notice the warning?
anyone know what it means? maybe because the ftp server i'm connecting to is IIS?
