Download suggestions about Anjuta 2.2.0


Hello friends,
I went to the site www.anjuta.org for downloading Anjuta IDE 2.2.0 ,so that I can do programming in C & C++ on Linux as I have ubuntu 7.04 64bit .In the website I became very confused as there were many files I simply cannot figured out what they are for ,I downloaded a few files from that website and many I haven't .So i need help from you about what I should download to be able to do programming out of the box using anjuta IDE.It may be little lenghty below so please excuse me .

list of files I have downloaded :-

anjuta-2.2.0 tar(Zip file),LATEST-IS-2.2.0,anjuta-2.2.0.md5sum,devhelp-0.15.tar and apart from this I have also downloaded these files
