Question Download OpenGL?

I need OpenGL for a program (Wings3D) I am installing. But I don't know where to get it. Can I download it or is it hardware or what?
I thank you for any help.

I'm pretty sure Redhat has opengl by default. Have you already tried to run it and it didn't run, or are you just looking at the requirments on the program's website?
