I am runnin Red Hat 9.0
Were can I dowload the fortune program?

I hope it's right. This is for a SuSE distro, maybe it works also in RedHat, or maybe you need to search it at redhat ftp site. Please check dependencies and packet description before installing!

Btw, have you tried searching RedHat cds, first? It should be there.
