I want to ask my error when I down load ncl program.



When I put (wget -c 'http://esg.ucar.edu/download/fileDownload.htm?fileAccessPointId=57652488-8931-4449-96b8-9f6c4a8a5be6') on linux, there is following error.

Thank you for your reply. I connected www.earthsystemgrid.org and logined. And I conducted the command 'wget -`--no-check-certificate URL.
However It had a error following as

When I put the command 'wget -c URL' I got the following error.

Authorization failed.
