Exclamation Download dpkg and dependencies of a package FROM a non linux PC

(PROBLEM SOLVED)
At home I am using Debian but i dont have internet.
I have internet at college thought and i want to install the K3B CD\DVD burner on my computer at home. I have downloaded the K3B dpkg package from the internet ..and a couple of dependencies since they are too many. Is there an automated way to download a package and all the dependencies from a Windows OS. ??
Thanks in advance

Download the first 3 CD iso images and burn them to disc. Then you'll have the most largely demanded programs, including K3b.

apt-cdrom add will prompt you to insert the disc, then scan it for the cd index files of all the packages.

Thanks that works. However using the command
Code:
apt-cdrom add
it deletes all the other sources in the
Code:
/etc/apt/sources.list
so just make sure you copy the sources.list somewhere first.
