Talking double-key bindings in mplayer

i would like to bind, for example, that 'left' would scrool 10 secs left, ant 'ctrl+left' would scroll 1 min left. is double-key bindgings possilbe in mplayer ?
i've read but there is nothing mentioned about what i ask.
any ideas ?
