Domain creation on FreeBSd server gives error !!!
 

Hello All,
I am using FreeBSD 5.1 on server with WHM 9.4 version on it.Recently only we started getting error while creating new domain on server via WHM panel.
When we create domain it creats sertain default files in /home/[]user_name]/public_html folder such as cgi-bin,.htaccess,vti_.. etc
Now when we creat domain on server it creates only cgi-bni foleder and nothing else.
What could be the reason for this?I never faced this problem before? In WHM while domain creating it gives red exclamation mark ..which was absent before..
