Does this Windows software really work?

Just asking cause I don't have Windows, but would like to know if it works?
Anybody use this or similar for usb instead of partitioning a ext2/3 usb
so it has a fat partition to exchange files with Windows?

I don't know anything about using this with USB sticks formatted as ext2/3, but I used it for a few years when I was dual booting. It worked flawless for me.
