Question Does Eterm work with RH9?

Just need to know if it is possible to get Eterm to work under RH9?
If not I think it is because of the libltdl file. If this is the case is there a way to get an updated version of this file or update it myself? This is most likely way over my head. But I want the damn thing to work, I want transparent terminals.
