Do these Google Earth Errors matter?
I've been updating Slackware-14.2 over a library versions issue, and ended up with an issue in Google Earth. Notable was that I updated from mesa-11.2.2 to mesa-17.1.6. Google |Earth crapped out with a libGL undefined symbol. I bodged that by throwing the libGL.so.1 from mesa-11.2.2 into /opt/google/earth/free, and google earth runs, but bellyaches thusly:
Code:
[0826/185708:ERROR:nss_ocsp.cc(581)] No URLRequestContext for OCSP handler. |
Disregarding the errors, is Google Earth working?
If it is, I wouldn't worry about the errors. If it's not, what about it is not working? |
It works, which is an achievement given the other messing going on here atm.
3D doesn't work, but I reckon the HD4000 graphics is the issue. It's not helped that I had to copy the mesa-11.2.2 version of libGL.so into GE to get past a libGL error. It never worked. |
