Do any of these Windows programs exist on Linux?

Hi everyone:

This is an open-ended question. Anyone may reply and all replies are appreciated

Do any of these Windows programs exist on Linux?

1) Clone CD / DVD --- make back-up of CD / DVD

2) CDex --- extract music and put into mp3 form with tags

3) ISO Buster --- make image back-up of CD / DVD

4) ASPI Check / Force ASPI --- determine if ASPI is properly set-up

5) DVD Genie --- makes DVD drive region free

I have Windows versions of these (1-5) but I don't even know where to begin looking for the Linux versions. Consequently, I decided I should first determine if Linux versions exist. If Linux versions do not exist, then are there any Linux programs that perform similar functions?

Thanks

For most of what you want, you can use K3b. As for DVD drives being region free, if you use libdvdcss, your dvd drive should play any discs without regard to the region. As for extracting music, there are many apps available. I use Kaudiocreater but GRIP and Sound Juicer seem to be quite popular.
