Dns /var/run/bind/ permission denied

Hey i am having problems starting bind syslog is showing me this.
Apr 22 19:27:05 localhost named[26310]: couldn't open pid file '/var/run/bind/run/': Permission denied

I have tried changing file permissions on directory.
Tried creating file but then it just moans about file is created.

What can i do?

ok so i just install bind instead of bind9 and all is working now

apt-get remove bind9
apt-get install bind
